We are looking for a driven and technically-minded Customer Support Agent to join a leading operator of electric vehicle (EV) charging stations. In this role, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for users of our charging infrastructure and play a crucial role in providing direct assistance for operational inquiries, technical issues, and claim handling. You'll be working in a customer-focused and dynamic environment, where your contribution ensures a smooth and positive experience for EV drivers across Belgium. Key Responsibilities - Respond to incoming calls and emails from users of our charging stations. - Provide clear, step-by-step operational instructions on using the charging infrastructure. - Assist with technical or functional issues (e.g. failed charging sessions, unrecognized cards, on-screen error messages). - Log and follow up on incident reports and damage claims. - Handle customer concerns with empathy and a solution-oriented approach. - Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve more complex technical problems.
Profil Recherché
- Fluent in both Flemish and French, spoken and written.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong customer service mindset.
- Demonstrated interest or experience with technology, ideally in the field of electric vehicles or charging solutions.
- Prior experience in a customer service role (via phone and email).
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure or stressful situations.
- Able to work independently with accuracy and a structured approach.
- Familiarity with customer service platforms such as Zendesk is a plus.
